About Our Community Garden

Farm School Garden History

Our Community Garden has been providing fresh produce to the local community for three years now. We started as a small group of passionate gardeners and have grown into a thriving community of like-minded individuals.


In the beginning, our soil was stressed. Years of drought had cracked the red clay dirt, and it grew mostly weeds. We rebuilt the soil on two principles:  Permaculture and water conservation.  Join us to learn how you can grow great soil, too!
